Amy founded Davilla Design and Development in 2020 with a simple goal: showcase what's possible when construction know-how and design vision live in the same person. What started as a platform for her commercial and home renovations has grown into a full design-build practice — one where nothing gets lost in translation between the blueprint and the build.

Amy thrives on a challenge, big or small. She reads structural drawings as fluently as she reads a room's light and flow, and she brings the same rigor to a budget spreadsheet as she does to a finish palette. That dual fluency is Davilla's edge: Amy doesn't just design beautiful spaces, she knows exactly how to build them — efficiently, on budget, and without the costly surprises that come from design and construction operating in silos.

There's nothing more satisfying to her than bringing new life and purpose to a space — and she brings that same energy to every client relationship: clear communication, steady leadership under pressure, and a standard of craftsmanship she holds herself to on every project.
